- 8.6-oz chicken thighs without skin
- 4-oz cheddar
- 4.2-oz high fat cream
- 5-oz cauliflower
- 1.6-oz leeks4
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan.
3. Cut the chicken into pieces.
4. Cook the chicken in the pan for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
5. Add salt and pepper to the chicken.
6. Mix the pesto and cream.
7. Put the chicken in a baking dish and add the pesto cream.
8. Chop the cauliflower, tomato and leek into pieces.
9. Put the vegetable pieces in the baking dish.
10. Cut the cheese into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
11. Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes.
